The Wembley masterplan is one of the UK’s largest urban regeneration programs holding a potential 8 million sq ft of land in the north west of London. Conceived by Lord Rogers and the developer Quintain Estates, the £1.3 billion development site is the biggest transformation of Wembley since the 1920’s.
