Snowhill is a large and prominent gateway site in Birmingham City Centre and will offer first class accommodation for businesses looking to grow and invest in the City.
The development incorporates a residential tower of about 40 storey’s high and a 5 star hotel that overlooks a new public plaza.
The public realm of the scheme will provide an environment that complements the modern nature of the buildings, and provides a strategic link between the City Centre, the Jewellery Quarter and the Gun Quarter through a series of transitional spaces that guide pedestrians through the site to reach the new St Chads Cathedral Plaza.
