The Wembley masterplan is one of the UK’s largest urban regeneration programs holding a potential 8 million sq ft of land in the north west of London. Conceived by Lord Rogers and the developer Quintain Estates, the £1.3 billion development site is the biggest transformation of Wembley since the 1920’s.
Macfarlane Wilder have been appointed on one of the development plots, W04, joining the team with project managers Hornagold and Hills, PRP Architects, engineers Price Myers and Hilson Moran to deliver an environmentally conscious solution of high density living for plot W04. |
